2025 still has some way to go before it's over but it's already been a huge year for the team not only on the field with our Officials but also in our Tournament Planning and Management.

On field, a number of our officials over recent years hve gone on to new heights in regional competitions, internationals and the recent Women's Rugby World Cup. That does mean some of our long standing team haven't been as "available" but that has opened opportunities for others to rise through events.

The onfield team this year has been taken from 16 countries across 4 continents and by the end of 2025, they will have taken to the field in 15 different countries. Bringing new officials into the team is always exciting, not just for them and the travel that they experience, it's a great way to look at different styles, share stories and experiences and for our team to teach new skills, ideas and strategies that they wouldn't learn without the opportunity.

From youth events developing the next generation of sevens stars to international teams such as New Zealand and many of the most well known tournaments around the globe, our officials have been delivering quality refereeing to thousands of players.

Our team of Event Planners, Managers and Tournament Directors will have travelled the equivalent as circumnavigating the earth more than twice in 2025, with the summer seeing a journey spanning 2 months, covering 5 countries and 7 events literally travelling completely around the globe.
